The BSEB announced the STET 2024 Notification in December 2023, and 7 January 2024 was the last date to apply for the BSEB STET examinations.
Now, the board has released the exam date for the Bihar STET to evaluate proficient and qualified teachers for senior and secondary schools in Bihar. According to the announcement of the Board, the Phase 1 examination of STET 2024 will be held from 1 March – 20 March 2024.

How to download the admit card for Bihar STET 2024?
The candidates who have registered for the Bihar STET exams can download their admit cards once the BSEB releases the admit card link in the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the official website of BSEB. bsebstet2024.com
Step 2: Navigate to the notification tab, or activity tab and look for the admit card direct link for the Bihar STET 2024.
Step 3: Enter your registration details, such as registration number, DOB, etc., and log in to the site.
Step 4: After you submit the details, a new page will open where you can see your admit card for Phase 1 of the Bihar STET 2024 exams.
Step 5: Download the admit card for future reference and keep it safe with you. Make some photocopies if needed, so you will not lose the card.

Exam Date of the Bihar STET 2024
The exam duration decided by the board for Phase 1 is from 1 March to 20 March 2024. According to the notification of the board, Phase I of STET has two papers – Paper 1 ( Class 9-10) & Paper 2 (Class 11-12).
The Paper 1 STET has various subjects such as Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Maithili, Farsi, Arabic, Bhojpuri, Mathematics, Science, English, social science, Music, Dance, Lalit Art and Physical education.
Paper II of STET consists of subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Political Science, Geography, History, Psychology, Economics, Philosophy, Sociology, Home Science, Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali, Maithili, Sanskrit, Pali, Magahi, Environment, Commerce, Arabic, Farsi, Bhojpuri, Agriculture, and Music
Exam Pattern of the Bihar STET 2024
Phase I of Bihar STET will have 150 multiple choice questions, from which 100 questions will be from the subject you choose and 50 questions will be related to the teaching ability and other miscellaneous aptitudes.
The duration of the examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes, there is no negative marking in the STET 2024 examination.
The candidate will gain 1 mark for every correct answer. The mode of the examination is online.
The number of questions and duration of the exam will be the same for both papers I and II.

The candidates have to prepare the syllabus of Secondary and higher-secondary and revise their graduation subjects.

For Paper II, the candidates have to prepare the syllabus of graduation and Post-graduation related to the specific subject. The candidate needs to prepare the syllabus of classes 11 and 12th for the computer science subject.
