- There should not be a pucca house in the name of the applicant or in the name of any family member of applicant.
- It is compulsory to have an Aadhaar card to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna.
- Applicant belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL) category or having low income are eligible to apply.
- Applicant must be 18 years or above and must be a citizen of India.
- Women who are applying for this scheme will be given priority.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2023 Benefits
1) Under the PMAY Scheme 2023 a subsidy of 6.5 % will be given on loans up to 6 lakhs.
2) People whose annual income is up to 12 lakhs will be provided a subsidy of 4 percent on loans up to 9 lakhs.
3) Applicants with an annual income of up to Rs 18 lakh will be able to avail 3% interest subsidy on loans up to Rs 12 lakh.
